  • How Does This Work?

    1. If you don't have an account, Sign Up » for a new account.
    2. Fill out our flag details form to give us an idea of what your looking for.
    3. We create your design and post it to your account on the website for you to view.
    4. You will be able to request changes until you're happy with the design.
    5. We create the flag in our production facility in Asheville, NC and ship it directly to you.

  • Can I send you a logo to use on our flag?

    Yes, during the process of starting a new project, you can upload any image – including a logo file. Ideally, you should upload only vector EPS graphics (such as those created in Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and others). If you paid a designer for your logo design, you should consult with the designer to obtain the best file. We understand that you may not have such a file available, but you can still upload any image for visual reference.

  • Can I send you a photo to use on our flag?

    Yes, you can, but just because a photo looks great on your monitor, or when it's printed on your inkjet printer, does not mean it will print sharply and clearly when enlarged to a size usable in a flag or banner design. In fact, almost all regular digital cameras cannot take a high enough resolution photo that can be printed clearly at larger than 8x10 (or 8 1/2 x 11). And the truth is, photos in general are just not very well suited to use in a design of this kind. So, we strongly recommend against using photos in your design. But you can still upload a photo for visual reference.

  • Once I submit my new project, how long before I can see the design?

    Our design department is open M-F 9am-5pm. Allow 48 hours (business days) for your design to be ready. This does not include weekends.

  • How do I wash my flag?

    Machine wash, gentle cycle, cold water, mild detergent.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept the following credit cards; Discover, American Express, Visa, & Mastercard. We also accept payments through PayPal.

  • How much is shipping going to cost for my Katana kit?

    Shipping & handling is $20 for ground shipping to anywhere in the continental US. Expedited shipping can be purchased for an extra charge dependent upon location.

  • How long will it be before we receive our flag?

    Once your design has been decided upon, your flag will ship within 5-7 business days. Allow 3-6 business days for transit time.
